Raindrop Massage is a method of using Vita Flex, reflexology, massage techniques, and therapeutic grade essential oils applied to various locations on the body to bring it structural alignment. It is designed to bring balance to the body through relaxation.

FUNCTIONAL NEUROLOGY
Reflexology is a massage technique used to massage the hands and feet. Reflexology is used with certain pressures and kneading to provide pain relief and relaxation of multiple area of the body through vital flex points. Vital flex points are areas on your hands and feet that correlate to specific regions of your body.

Movement sessions are utilized for clients who are wanting to move in a more functional pattern. These sessions allow for " hacks" into your central nervous system allowing us to connect with your musculoskeletal system and improve movement and functionality. Several of my "tools" are utilized in these session to maximize your body's potential for change.

Low Level Light Therapy is a non-invasive, FDA approved device that decreases inflammation at the cellular level. This light helps to stimulate self healing. It's a relaxing 30 minute session and soft pads of light therapy are placed strategically to assist in relaxation and recovery.
